Send the closest you have and tell us how confident you are. Birth time sets your Hour Pillar — one of the four — so an hour's error can shift parts of the reading. Most Singapore birth certificates record it. If yours is genuinely unknown, we still produce your Codex using the three remaining pillars and mark clearly which sections are affected.
