We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.
All orders from the USA and the rest of the world will be shipped via; either DHL Express or FedEx. Delivery will take 3 to 5 working days (during peak periods, it can take up to 7 working days.) depending on the customs clearance. Once your parcel has been sent out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number, so that you’ll be able to track the status of your parcel. In the event of exceptions due to certain zones and customs rules, you will be informed and are not obliged to proceed. A cancellation and full refund will then be in order.
Customers are liable to pay for inbound taxes or duties from their local customs. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact number of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Orders received after 0800 (Singapore Standard Time, GMT+8) will only be processed the following day. All orders will be dispatched on the next working day.
For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 30 working days from the date of receipt, and prior to mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of request. Please include your order number and watch model to facilitate the waiting process.
For local customers, who require resizing of their bracelets, do feel free to drop by our office @ Blk 3011 Bedok Industrial Park E #02-2000 S489977 on weekdays between 9am-6pm to enjoy our free restringing/resizing services. If you are unable to drop by, do WhatsApp us +65 8842 2835 and let us know your address, order number and name. We will send a courier over to pick up the bracelet from you for resizing and will send the bracelet back via courier as well. No refunds will be accepted for wrong sizing so do confirm on your sizing before purchase.
NOTE: An additional $5 service fee will be charged for courier services
For international customers who require resizing of their bracelets, we will provide additional beads with the bracelet in case the bracelets are too small and you can easily have them resized at your local shops. If you wish to send the bracelet back to us for resizing, you can do so too at your own expense. You may send your bracelet to our office @ Blk 3011 Bedok Industrial Park E #02-2000 S489977. No refunds will be accepted for wrong sizing so do confirm on your sizing before purchase.

We are more than willing to adhere to your request if it fulfils the following requirements:
Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, with the proof of purchase attached.
Product must not have been resized in any way, with beads either added or removed.
Product must not have been customized, either by us or externally.
Product must not have been altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Hoseiki.
Our sizes are made according to the order you made online. Calculations are based on your wrist size, please do not provide your bracelet external size.
If you have purchased a bracelet that doesn't fit, we will resize it for free. Resize will be done at our office. If you can't visit us, you can send it to us by courier. Courier charges both ways will be borne by the client.
Enjoy peace of mind with our 30-day free exchange policy. Simply send your item to our office or drop by in person, at your own expense. There will be strictly no refund.
Hoseiki reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that we believe may violate our Return & Exchange Policy, or if returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition. Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for store credit. There is strictly no cash refund. Due to our no-refund policy, all orders are final and can only be exchanged for store credit which can be used for future purchases.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased during special promotional events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only if the item is found to have any defects or damages, we will under our discretion, make an exchange, replacement. All clearance or special promotion sales items are not refundable. To receive the discount, the promo code must be entered during checkout, failed to use any promo code will NOT BE VALID to request for a refund.
A refund will only be given if the returned item contains manufacturer’s defect or not exchangeable due to out of stock and discontinuation of production. The management of the Site reserves the rights to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for refund.
