Hoseiki goal is to provide quality individualized Bazi reading in a timely manner. Late cancellations and No Shows (includes arriving more than 15 minutes late) create inconvenience and prevent scheduling of other clients who booked the appointment in a timely manner. Arriving too late (more than 15 minutes) may result in you forfeiting your appointment time and it is not refundable and the remaining time available may not be sufficient to perform the reading and would intrude on other clients’ appointments.
Please send a message at +65 8415 3359 before three (3) business days (Monday – Friday) prior to your procedure or appointment to notify us if you need to reschedule or cancel the time that was reserved for you. We understand there can be special unavoidable circumstances which may cause you to cancel with short notice. Please let us know if this happens. This helps us be respectful of other clients needs and enables us to give the appointment time to another clients who needs to see us.
You are free to choose any bracelet EXCEPT the Solid gold and Jade series.
You will need to add $100 for Jade Series Collection, $200 for Special Eyes Series Collection & add between the range of $300 or $600 for 999 Solid Gold Collection.
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will prioritize securing the earliest available slot for your Bazi reading. Our schedule tends to fill up quickly due to high demand, but rest assured, we will make every effort to accommodate you.
We offer a wide range of options to cater to different budgets and preferences. Bracelets priced at $298 or below can be selected without any additional charges.However, for bracelets that exceed this price range, a top-up may be necessary.

If you are feeling unwell with symptoms such as cough, fever, or sneezing during a face-to-face meeting, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. We will be happy to make alternative arrangements to ensure everyone's well-being. However, if we are meeting virtually through Zoom, there are no restrictions.
